Publishing weekly is not a willpower problem. It is a visibility problem. You do not miss deadlines because you are lazy. You miss them because on Wednesday you did not yet know you were behind.
Three touches: the Monday list that makes the week visible, the Wednesday checkpoint that catches the slip while there is still time to fix it, and Friday, which becomes an event instead of an emergency.
One page. Fill it in Monday, tick it Wednesday, ship it Friday. Do that for a year and you have shipped fifty-two times.
