Glad to have them back.

We just slowed them down to a podcast once a month and then following up with the deeper articles each week.

Glad to have you here, Joseph.

BTW....I'm striving to include the Roundtable questions in the deep dive article. The goal is to provide questions you may not have considered, so you can have conversations in the community.

What an excellent listen! Thanks for the inspiration!

Glad you liked it, Gonz.

Simon is a great inspiration to be sure. Lots of experience to glean from and I enjoyed tapping into his experience.

Hope the information helps you in your own writing journey =)

Absolutely! The conversation encouraged me to keep going... And reminded me to do some collabs already lol

Jaime Buckley πŸ’Ž's avatar

YES!

Make FRIENDS.

This is all about relationships, Gonz.

The future of success is about bypassing all the ads, all the clickbait, all the gatekeepers by going directly to the preferred sources.

It’s called β€˜word of mouth’.

…it’s some β€˜ancient’ marketing concept most folks don’t remember.

(wink)

Gonz Paoli's avatar

Lol!

What is this... "word of mouth" you speak of? πŸ˜‚

Jaime Buckley πŸ’Ž's avatar

Ha! Careful, Gonz… you keep joking like that and I’m gonna start charging you tuition for β€œAncient Marketing 101.” 😏

β€œWord of mouth,” my friend, is that mysterious, mythical force where one human being gets excited about something… and tells another human being… who tells another… and suddenlyβ€”BOOMβ€”you’ve got momentum no algorithm can throttle.

No ads.

No gimmicks.

No begging for attention.

Just trust… moving at the speed of relationships.

It’s how stories survived before electricity.

It’s how legends were built before influencers.

And funny enough… it’s still the most powerful way to grow anything worth caring about.

So yeah… go make those collabs.

Make friends.

Care about people for real.

Because when people believe in you…

they’ll carry your name farther than any marketing budget ever could. πŸ˜‰

Do I know if you know you know??

Jaime Buckley πŸ’Ž's avatar

Know.

....I mean.....'no'.

You weren't part of the converSATION, Tabitha!

LOL

Just coming in, I would say everything we discuss, from your perspective (for NOW), should be suspect.

But that's just ME.

I have total confidence in Gonz, but me?

...you have to watch out.

Tabitha Dial | Creating Refuge's avatar

True! I couldn't possibly know!

Not even with my Tea Leaves or Tarot Cards.

Not even using Cheese Astrology.

Tabitha Dial | Creating Refuge's avatar

ooo!

first time listener.

let's go!!

merry meet.

Glad to have you here, Tabitha!

These are good conversations, and we strive to base them on questions writers ask all over the internet -- so we can help our fellow storytellers and teachers improve their craft and increase their discovery by readers =)

...and have some fun in the process.

good points about other social media and how we don't meet those People of the Platform --

can't imagine a new connection brainstorming about collaboration, for example.

it's the distinction between a billboard and that third space.
