This trick isn't as effective on the teen that sleeps fully clothed and so the boys that sleep in just their boxers or the girls in tanks and underwear are the best targets. It's just to chancy to dump them marbles into a pile of clothing. The more exposed skin the greater the result. May I add a tip?
